This is the page for getting in touch with the editorial team at Bitcoin Sportsbooks. We're an independent comparison site covering crypto sportsbooks that accept US bettors. We can help with questions about our reviews, corrections and feedback. We can't help with account problems at a sportsbook.

Age and eligibility: this site is for adults only. You must be at least 21 to use it, or older if your state or the sportsbook sets a higher minimum. If you're under 21, please don't use this site or the sportsbooks it covers.

How to contact us

Use the contact form or the contact email shown on this page or in the site footer, wherever it is displayed at the time you read this. We don't list a phone number or a live chat line, and we don't handle enquiries through social media messages. If you aren't sure an address is ours, don't send anything sensitive to it.

When you write, tell us which page you're referring to and what you found. That lets us check it faster. A short, specific message gets a better answer than a long general one.

What we can help with

  • Corrections: an offer, term, payment detail or fact on one of our pages looks out of date or wrong.
  • Questions about our reviews: how we rated a sportsbook, or what a section means. Our approach is explained on the About Us page.
  • Feedback and suggestions: topics you'd like covered, or parts of the site that are hard to use on mobile.
  • Business and partnership enquiries: operators and other publishers who want to reach the team.

What we can't help with

We are a publisher, not a sportsbook. We don't hold your funds, run any betting account, or act for any operator. That means we can't:

  • Release, speed up or recover a withdrawal from a sportsbook.
  • Reset a password, lift a limit or reopen a closed account.
  • Settle a dispute between you and an operator.
  • Give legal, tax or financial advice.
  • Recommend how much to stake or promise any betting outcome.

For account or payment issues, use the support channels on the sportsbook's own site. Keep records of your messages, transaction IDs and wallet addresses. Before you rely on a crypto transaction, check the network, address and amount yourself. Blockchain transfers generally can't be reversed.

Reporting a problem with a sportsbook we cover

If you've had a real problem with a sportsbook we feature, such as a delayed or refused payout or terms that changed, we want to hear about it. Send us:

  1. The name of the sportsbook.
  2. The approximate date, using US date format.
  3. A short description of what happened.
  4. Any supporting detail you're comfortable sharing, without private keys, seed phrases or passwords.

We review what readers send us alongside our own research. We can't confirm every report, and we won't publish a claim we can't support. Reports don't guarantee a change to a ranking.

Never send us your wallet seed phrase, private keys or passwords. We will never ask for them.

How we handle corrections and independence

We research and review sportsbooks using published information and verify what we can. Our facts were last checked on Sep 30, 2026. Offers, terms and payment options change often, so always confirm current terms on the operator's own site before you deposit.

The publisher may earn a commission if you sign up through links on this site. Commission doesn't buy rankings, and contacting us doesn't change that. Operators can't pay to alter a rating or remove a criticism. Our full terms are on the Terms and Conditions page.

Legal grey area: check your own state's laws

The sportsbooks we cover are licensed offshore. They operate in a legal grey area for US bettors. They aren't regulated by US state gaming commissions, so state-level player protections don't apply, and an operator may delay or refuse a payout. Crypto prices can also move sharply while your funds are held. Check your own state's laws, and consult a qualified professional for legal or tax questions. Nothing we send you in reply is legal or tax advice.

Responsible gambling help

Betting can cause harm, and you can lose money. Only bet what you can afford to lose. Never chase losses or bet to escape stress or money problems. Offshore books may lack the limit-setting and self-exclusion tools of regulated operators.

If gambling is causing you problems, call 1-800-GAMBLER, the national helpline, at any time. You can also read our Responsible Gambling page for practical steps and support resources.

Before you write to us

Most questions are answered by the reviews and guides on the site. Check the page you're reading for dates and terms first. If you still need us, we'll aim to reply, though we can't promise a response time or a specific outcome.
